Twistag built Supermanager end to end — product design, architecture and engineering — taking it from concept to a live platform serving clients and our own PA team.

Client-facing product

• A delegation surface where clients hand over work in plain language by chat, voice note or email, with file attachments and drafts
• Task lifecycle across personal and organisation workspaces, with collaborators who can be looped in by email without needing an account 
• A memory layer that captures preferences, people and past tasks and retrieves them by semantic similarity, so context never has to be repeated
• Recurring tasks that run on a schedule without being re-requested 
• Dedicated PA email addresses per client, with full inbound and outbound threading and attachment handling

AI layer

• Conversational task intake, clarification and drafting, so research and prep are handled before a human is involved
• Automated extraction of durable facts from conversations into the memory store

Payments and billing

• Task-scoped virtual card issuance, letting a PA complete a purchase or booking on a client's behalf without ever seeing card details
• Wallets, funding, holds, spending caps, safety margins and approval flows

Each PA now supports 10–12 clients rather than 1, while median task turnaround fell from 60 to 20 minutes.

It was always a pleasure to work with the team, they showed eagerness and speed when working on SkyyTask while expressing great communication the whole time. In particular it was great to have worked with them for the first part, They are great with communication and helping along the way.

I'm the co-founder and CEO of a marketing attribution tool company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Twistag?

We needed help with our product’s frontend development and UX/UI design.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Twistag developed and designed our web product from scratch, a tool to find sources of marketing attribution. We were working with another agency that created our initial proof of concept using Figma. Later, Twistag took over our development and design needs. They transformed the Figma designs into a rough beta version.

Twistag also built the backend of the product using Next.js. They evolved the designs and developed the product, creating working data. Additionally, Twistag helped us set up our cloud infrastructure using AWS and offered maintenance services.

What is the team composition?

We worked with around six people from Twistag, including software engineers, a product designer, and a technical lead.

How did you come to work with Twistag?

We were working with another agency, and they referred Twistag to us because they had previously worked with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $1,000,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Twistag from February–December 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Twistag provided the project's deliverables within the deadlines they set. They followed the roadmap timeline for the first quarter, and we were under pressure due to some of the roadmap items' prioritization. However, Twistag was able to knock out a good chunk of it.

How did Twistag perform from a project management standpoint?

Twistag worked diligently and even overtime to get things done on time. We went over budget and missed some deadlines because there was a lot they didn't know about building a marketing attribution tool for the first time. However, we got to a point where we had a rough beta version of the app.

We communicated over Google Meet and used Jira to keep things organized.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Fábio was awesome. However, he no longer works there.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Twistag's communication was solid. We had daily stand-ups and a consistent flow of communication. We felt like we had an open and honest dialogue with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We switched technical leads, which slowed down the project's velocity midway through. We'd look to avoid that in the future.

The initial MVP was developed for a small target audience, validated, and refined into a subscription-based product and logistics solution. 

In 12 weeks, they delivered a company website, mobile app, dashboard, and inventory management integrations, along with a seamless onboarding process for carriers and warehouses.
