We've continued to look for ways to partner with each other. The team has a ticketing system, and we can put in the level of urgency. We get a report every month of all the tickets that were put in and how they've been solved. We have quarterly meetings, and they are usually in person.

We basically treat them like our employees—for example, we send them birthday gifts. It’s not easy, but it’s always important to make them feel like they belong and share our vision. It comes back to being a really good partnership. I’ve never felt like they put us in a difficult or compromising situation. Anytime anything has come up where there’s any question, it’s very collaborative and both parties come to the table. It’s always fair, honest, and genuine. They’ve been very flexible and allowed us to dictate everything in terms of project management. They conformed to using all our project management tools the way we wanted to.
