The requirements of the business departments are analyzed, refined, improved and prepared in an understandable way so that a ticket can be opened with the manufacturer.

Communication between the manufacturer and the business departments is also handled.

After delivery from the manufacturer a QA is carried out and any errors are reported back.

ITDS also provides support for the business departments during thest phase and prepares and coordinates eveything for the rollout.

The team was resoinsive to our needs, quickly addressing any concerns or changes in the project scope. ITDS supported SGI in fulfilling so far four critical roles through sourcing, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates for the respective roles. All of these employees were successfully hired through the presentation of initial candidates, within a span of two weeks. 

A tailored sourcing approach was adopted by ITDS to match the desired needs and preferences of SGI. This involved a thorough understanding of the well-suited qualifications and skill sets for each role, allowing for targeted sourcing efforts.

Close coordination and communication with ITDS’ Hiring Managers were maintained throughout the entire recruitment process. 

This ensured alignment between candidate sourcing strategies and the specific expectations and requirements of SGI. A comprehensive understanding of the job roles and expectations was established, facilitating the identification of suitable candidates who aligned with the organization's needs.
