World Connection is a US-owned nearshore contact center and BPO. Our headquarters is in Boise, Idaho and our operations center is in Guatemala City, where bilingual agents work the same hours as your US customers.
We support 48 brands across retail, ecommerce, healthcare, financial services and consumer products, with more than 1,200 team members across both countries.
Programs run in SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS and HIPAA compliant environments. Our client base averages 95% CSAT, and the teams we run generate more than $40 million in annual revenue for the brands they support.
We are founder-operated. Clients work with ownership from the first conversation, not an account manager hired to sit in between. Teams start at five seats, so a program can begin small and scale without changing partners.
Services include inbound and outbound customer service, sales as a service, back office and order processing, social media care, and customer journey mapping.

We started in a Boise garage in 2002 and became World Connection in 2011, when we merged and opened in Guatemala City. That decision put bilingual agents in the same time zone as US customers and became the model we run today.
