I am the Technical Support I of a logistics software company.

RAM BPO is a company that provide services to support US Companies with different tasks, challenges or requirements. These support can vary depending on the client needs which can go from needing 1 virtual assistant to grow a whole operation whether on-site or remote. RAM BPO provides assistance with everyting not all companies want to deal with; payroll, HR management and more so that these companies can focus solely on growing their operations and related. They have a wide variety of employees whose abilities can go from technical support, customer service, database management and a lot more. Due to Medellín's young people talent you can expect to find a lot of growth when getting involved with RAM BPO.

We constantly look for operators for our projects, our clients, and our friends. RAM BPO is a great outsourcing partner.

What was the scope of their involvement?

RAM BPO has actual offices, high retention, and a great culture in Medellín, Colombia. The team is bilingual and is just recently starting to expand in the US. RAM BPO is working with startups like YC-backed ones, partnering, and finding mutually beneficial ways to collaborate.Currently, we're developing our go-to-market strategy, customer support team, and business development operations. RAM BPO has a lot of people, so it's easy to get very cool conversations through our account executive for high-level ideation and then access and find operators for execution.Moreover, RAM BPO has a big pool of people already working for some clients and can additionally recruit more from their pool. The team also manages the legal operation aspects to prevent the normal issues that can happen if you try to improvise hiring someone abroad.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're working on it, but we're very happy with our planning so far. Understanding their operations and developing them together is great. RAM BPO doesn't promise things they can't do. We've achieved business development milestones like internal operations, data room, planning, lists, and leads. We started from zero, so the increase has been a lot as we're getting ready for our preseed

They deliver on time 100% of the time. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps

They're from Medellín and are super cool

No, they're perfect, specially when compared to previous companies we've used or trying to manage latin american talent on our own

I’m the QA and customer success manager of a construction company. We do garage doors, fences, automatic gates, and access control.

We needed help offering great customer support service and excellence in our daily business operations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

RAM BPO provides two job positions for our company: calendar operation and dispatch assistant and office assistant. These teammates are responsible for the full operation process, job assignments to our technicians in the field, and bookkeeping customer callings.

We’ve seen improvements in the field operation and office support processes. We’re learning together to operate under this modality. We’re grateful for RAM BPO’s services; they take care of the process and people and provide constant feedback.
