Monthly creation and delivery of our performance reports to customers.  Weekly attendance at sales meetings.  Organization and updating of sales data in Hubspot.  Regular searching for data regarding identified sales prospects.

Our assigned Sales Assistant, Matt, did an excellent job for us.  Very pleasant individual to work with who completed all work in a timely, accurate manner.

We collect data on over 70 events globally. The main task is to collect data from the event website and collating that data for our use in catputure running shoe data. It's a critical piece of our business and Prialto has been pivotoat in our ability to take on more event requests.

We are able to take on more event work becuse of the work done on this project. That mean's more revenue for the company.

The virtual assistant has been embedded in the workflow of our organization so that multiparty meetings, somewhat complex which is the arrangements, travel planning and data flow management all happens smoothly without a lot of intervention required. This is enabled the senior leadership team to focus on high value-adding tasks Without needing to worry about making sure that all the necessary administrative details are being taken care of.

Our virtual assistant functions largely independently. He receives tasks and requests from multiple senior leadership team members, and this is responsible for prioritizing them and getting them done. This happens routinely so much so that we don't need to think about getting these things done from a project management perspective. We simply know that they will be done. Prialto has removed a tremendous burden from everyone's consciousness, which we greatly appreciate.

Over the years, we've worked with multiple virtual assistants from Prialto. Every one of them has been able to hit the ground running and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and understanding of our needs, motives for operating, systems and processes, etc. There is clearly a lot of work that has been done in the background that in Naples they train staffers to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
