Established in 2007, Intelassist is a remote staffing organization founded by a family with roots in both the United States and the Philippines, bringing together U.S.-based industry leadership and an experienced operational team in Manila. Our U.S. leadership contributes over 30 years of experience across engineering, manufacturing, IT, finance, and executive operations, while our Manila-based team offers more than 20 years of expertise delivering high-quality support to global enterprises.
With coast-to-coast offices in the United States and a dedicated workforce in the Philippines, we serve clients across diverse industries and specialized roles. Drawing on over 15 years in the BPO industry, Intelassist places strong emphasis on organizational resilience and social stewardship to build enduring partnerships—within our teams and with our clients.

Focused on brand strategy, content, and digital presence, Adrianne built Intelassist's marketing function from the ground up. She is driven by a team where everyone brings something unique to give clients an experience they can't find anywhere else.

Renz leads operations at Intelassist, overseeing the teams and systems behind consistent, high-quality service delivery. He works across departments to ensure the right processes and people are in place to meet (and exceed) client expectations.
