Let's break down the Goals in more detail. Goal number one: Fix our Design System and make it Scalable. We needed someone to clean up the messy situation our previous designer left behind. This designer was great at coming up with ideas, We got more than we asked for with this goal. Now we have a strong design system that will last for years.

The main result, as pointed out, is that we now have a rock-solid reliable design system. It's been a big win for us in several ways. We can rest easy knowing our whole thing will always look consistent. Making a small change, like tweaking a color or reshaping a button, will take a moment.
