Please describe your company and your position there.

it's my own personal website, I'm a Product Designer and give my Product Design services to my clients from a to z.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dot2Shape?

My website was created over 10 years ago and had become outdated. I connect them to redesign our site and create eye-catching, fresh Branding. As a result, I am hoping to increase my traffic and help to show my portfolio to my best clients.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was searching for a team to handle all of my design-related tasks, such as branding, website, interactions, and front end development. I was connecting numerous vendors for this, but the most of them just handle one thing. Then one of my pals (Wahab) tells me about his experience with Dot2Shape. He had the same problems that I did. Dot2Shape is the finest solution for our situation.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Following a series of exploration meetings to explain our objectives, we received three preliminary concepts for the Logo & Branding. They finalised the website design and provided input via Figma after we selected a theme. They returned to us with new designs for our other pages, including an updated "About, Work, Process, Case Study, and Contact form." After approving the site design, they work closely with the development team to ensure that everything is progressing as planned.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

During the final phase, we worked with a total of four persons, including a project manager, two designers, and a graphic designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their design principle, design method, and documentation were extremely detailed. The developers were able to simply integrate their design, and the overall appearance is considerably more user-friendly. We continue to receive excellent feedback and compliments about the design from visitors.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The design manager was simple to reach and supplied us with frequent updates. We conducted Zoom meetings a few of times a week, but the majority of the feedback was provided via Slack and Notion. Everything was delivered on schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was astounded by their knowledge of design, user experience, and optimization. I enjoyed how attentive and considerate they were while we caught up. I had previously collaborated with other agencies, but this was a really collaborative and good experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Things might always be done faster, but quality trumps speed every time, and i ended up with a stunning product.
