What started at that time with inbound sales of travel for personal needs has developed into a multifunctional call center, especially since 2003. At the moment we have up to 1200 jobs available. Each of our workplaces is equipped with the latest technology, such as networked PC workstations, online desktop technology, our own database system, contact management software such as predictive dialers. Through the connection directly to the data center in Berlin via dedicated lines, we have a connection of the highest quality. The fact that its own programmers and database specialists work in-house also means that DCS is able to implement large-scale projects in the shortest possible time.
