As our environment matured, we recognized the need to evolve from primarily project-based engagements toward a more co-managed, continuous advisory model. Given how critical Microsoft now is to our identity, security, and overall architecture, having ongoing access to their deep expertise provides additional assurance and consistency. Interlink was very flexible in adapting to this shift. They were open to adjusting scope, allowing our internal team to take on more responsibility where appropriate while stepping in where specialized expertise was needed.
