They gathered feedback from staff as well as the program's outside technicians to generate files that could be used as blueprints for the new site. This whole process was one that our program attempted to accomplish for the better part of a decade but due to bandwidth issues couldn't get done on our own. Having members of Gatorworks come in and consult with staff was a smart move that has resulted in us having exactly what we need to execute a full redesign of our site.
