They coordinate everything well. The majority of the work has been done over Microsoft Teams and is remote based. It’s worked well. We also communicate via telephone. There’s a ticketing system in place for breaks, fixes, and repairs. The project manager is the main person we go to. Their level of organization and competence from onboarding through to the current services they’re providing is impressive. They’re slick, and they always seem to be on top of things. They have a very clear implementation plan and it inspires confidence.
