      There’s a night and day difference between Emergent and our previous IT consultant. Jameson is highly organized and has good agenda management every time we meet. He does a great job of keeping notes. There’s never an instance where he takes days to respond or doesn’t know what we’re talking about. To manage the project, they use DevOps practices. We communicate via emails, phone calls, and Teams.
