Vertical Computers is very prompt and punctual. Regarding tools and communication, we use Microsoft Teams, Zoom, email, and a ticketing system — they’re very quick to get back to us. Overall, Tim and Steven are phenomenal in managing the project and helping us go forward with our plans.
