Since we’ve started, the amount of information I need to give them has rapidly decreased, to the point that I can give them a quick assignment description and they’re able to intuit what I need. They've absorbed the industry knowledge and learned incredibly fast. They understand the complexity of our work, which I didn’t think would be possible, and have adapted to be able to work incredibly quickly.
