The company delivered what we agreed in the timeline we agreed. It is hard to believe no one else wanted to have any sort of commitment. I'm reasonable, and the owner seemed to understand that.

I had them working for 4 days in a row. Every milestone they reached I got an update. And any issues came about I was always offered a solution quite fast which I greatly appreciated and kept it all in the 6 days we agreed on.
