We needed a disciplined, detailed outreach campaign to prospecting business owners via Linkedin. I wanted someone who could not only put in the activity, but also think critically to help achieve the desired outcome.

I really like the amount of back end support each Productivity Assistant, and how professional their onboarding process was.

PA was my primary support piece, I was also helped out by Fredi (sales leader) who got me paired with the right PA for my BD needs, along with Sara who was instrumental on the onboarding process and backend PA support.

I sourced a new client within 1 month of partnering with Prialto! Over 800 new LI connections in a 2 month period.

Scheduling, data management, drafting documents, and really anything that needs to be done. Prialto is by far the best assistant services I have had yet.Not only is there a dedicated assistant, they have a team supporting them, I get daily updates on what was accomplished, and if they don't know how to do something, they are quick to learn how. Thank you, Prialto!

So smooth! We do a weekly Zoom to touch base and talk regularly on Slack, like with my other team members.

Their attention to detail, productivity, and accountability have been impressive throughout the workflow.

I have the main coordinator and have direct access to her manager. They always are organized around having a backup when she's out on PTO.

My project coordinator keeps me on track and is on the lookout for deadlines that are looming and brings things to my attention that I may have missed while juggling multiple tasks.

When something doesn't go smoothly, I'm the culprit! They are very organized.

EVERY day they ask for feedback and provide a summary of key activities accomplished that day.
