We launched a new CRM system in 2022 and we need some support with checks and docs entry to a system. Ants was chosen for this service without any competition. I'm familiar with Ants Owner and I'm 100% sure of their proficiency.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Actually, I haven't searched for any data entry for for this job. I'm familiar with Ants Owner and he told me that he provide such services and It could be beneficial for me.

We signed agreement regarding following tasks:

• The scope of job is to enter 5000 checks and documents to CRM
• The job must be done before 12/01/22
• The quality of job must be 100% ( without any mistakes at all)

Our main contact person was Viktor (Owner). We communicated with him regarding the progress, quality issues and deadlines.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

It was my first time, when we outsourced some tasks to an external company. We launched new CRM in December’22 and did not break our internal deadlines. Ants supported us with this process through checks and docs entry service.

Viktor provided the job status report and It gave me a clear understanding about the progress and possible finish date.

We are Molfar-tea.com, one of bigger eco tea manufacturing company in Ukraine. We sell our product to Ukrainian and European distributors. I'm Vitalii and I'm Chief accountant there

2. 24/7 support line with our dedicated account manager;
3. free replacement of chosen person during 3 months
4. 5% discount for annual subscription package Virtual receptionist person (Olga) answered on calls from existing and potential clients, entered information into CRM, scheduled the meeting

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

It was successful cooperation story, when ANTS handled our daily tasks without hiring from our side. Their low rates met our expectations and they provided smart and educated receptions, who manage tasks as if we were her employer

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our companies was amazing. Their account manager was available on our demand and we built our communication without any regular meeting. Actually, it did not make any sense to have a meeting.

We were excited their agent, who knew what she had to do. We described some tasks and expectation, and she was doing excellent work

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were impressed by their professional onbording program and fast recruiting. Every day we knew where we were regarding their onboarding program. Also, they found right candidate in 3 days and we spent only 1 week for training of this candidate. More over, it cost less as we budgeted for such services

We were highly satisfied with their services.
