The implementation went without major complications, and we are looking forward to the business effects of the changes made. This was avoided in the case of Memory Squared, and as a result, we decided to entrust them with further product development as well.

The initial concept was for an application, but we’ve released the touch-panel system first. We always changed our minds, but the team from Mediapark was flexible. Project management is their strongest point. The owners of their company have their own vision, which helped us maintain flexibility. They respond quickly and have worked out good prices for us. We were never dissatisfied with deadlines or anything else. At one point, we needed to make a presentation for our bosses in administration. Mediapark helped organize that conference in the space of an hour, even though it wasn’t something they were obliged to do.
