Gain Impact’s platform has streamlined our booking and subscription processes, reduced the amount of manual administration required, and made it easier for clients to purchase gym session tickets and manage their memberships. This has resulted in a smoother customer experience, more efficient day-to-day operations, and a scalable foundation for growing our fitness services.
While we haven’t formally tracked every metric, we estimate the platform has reduced administrative work by several hours per week by automating bookings, payments, and subscription management. Most customers can now manage their tickets and memberships independently, resulting in fewer manual requests and a smoother booking process.
Moreover, customer feedback has become more positive since the platform launched. Clients particularly appreciate being able to purchase tickets, book sessions, and manage their subscriptions independently. We’ve also received fewer questions about bookings and memberships, indicating that the overall experience has become clearer and more user-friendly.
