A company approached us with a proposal to make our company more efficient by reducing the amount of time that is being wasted. Our project with them is to create a web application and Mobile application for Employees that will allow our customers and employees to communicate with each other seamlessly. We believe that this will greatly enhance our operations and improve our customer service experience.

When the company presented their idea to us, we were amazed by its potential impact. They asked us which software database we use and we informed them that we use Futursoft. They were in contact with Futursoft to discuss whether they could implement their idea with the Futursoft software, and we're happy to report that they were able to do so successfully.

One of the great things about working with them was Although the company was relatively new and we may have been their first customer, but their team had a minimum of 5 years of experience, which was reassuring.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Keytech OY could have done differently?

One area that could be improved is communication regarding deliverables, updates, and project statuses.
