The most impressive part to us was the speed in which they managed to finish the entire project. The initial delay they gave us was 3 months, but the website was done in about 20 days, with minor details which were left to be cleared up and fixed.

The team responds to any queries quickly and efficiently. If he is unavailable he will tell me when he can answer queries. He has always been professional and approachable, even when I have asked a lot of questions and I'm sure he has other clients to work with. The end result is amazing. I also know that if I have any technical issues, he will be the person I would approach in the future. I find Toby's approachability the most impressive aspect of his company. He clearly knows a great deal more than me, hence me contacting him on the first place. However, he is accessible and that is so important in my opinion.
