The fact I could contact all the people involved in the project was a big plus. From the app developer to the web developer and all the way up to MD I could easily contact them. Being UK-based with all work being done within that office meant if I needed or wanted to, I could go there to meet and chat. They were upfront and honest, and the way they came across in the first virtual meeting made me feel comfortable in what was completely unknown territory.

He has always been professional and approachable, even when I have asked a lot of questions and I'm sure he has other clients to work with. The end result is amazing. I also know that if I have any technical issues, he will be the person I would approach in the future. I find Toby's approachability the most impressive aspect of his company. He clearly knows a great deal more than me, hence me contacting him on the first place. However, he is accessible and that is so important in my opinion.
