I liked the creative brainstorming session at the beginning. I also liked the proposed designs - both were pleasantly received throughout the team.
Are there any areas for improvement?
A tiny room for improvement is deep testing, but in general there were only a few bugs we found, so it was still a very professional and good experience.

The main goal of the project was to deliver an IT services and applications start page for our employees.
What was the team composition?
We were assigned a project manager to support us and be the primary contact. There was also at least one designer involved in the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We’ve received many positive comments regarding the UI design.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Almost as of day one, we used Basecamp for communication, which proved to be much more effective than traditional email. Our assigned project manager was flexible and dedicated to understanding what we wanted.
