Carrying out design changes and optimisation on five heavily customised Wordpress sites, working with custom plugins and developing further custom solutions for us.  Taking care of all updates and maintenance.

Websites all updated to latest version of CMS and plugins.  Many errors and inefficiencies caused by previous developers fixed.  All around speed improvements.  Improvements to UX of our custom user tools and development of a new tool to our specifications.  Management of a successful large scale URL migration.

Osom Sutdios held workshops for our company to align all key people. They did extensive research, gave important recommendations, and guided us through the preparation process. They helped us through iterations of our complex menu structure to get to where we wanted to be. They provided website plans with an incredible understanding of design principles and user experience.

We already had local connections near where Osom Studio is situated. So when we were looking for an agency, we automatically got to know Osom.

We provided Osom with our concept designs. Osom Studio then built those concepts in full scale designs that we could check online. We could then discuss with both teams on what we might could improve, change or delete, before Osom would start on the 'dirty work'. The website came out like we hoped and Osom is still available for assistance if we need them.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Generally positive. The website is a step up for us, they also recommended certain changes to the scope/approach to make the website work faster/better.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They use a platform I was not familiar with & it was not super intuitive for me, but it recently got an update with a better flow. Apart from that very happy with the PM/contact. Could be improved only by periodic updates on the task/timeline, but all in all, we finished the projects with no larger hiccups.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I liked the creative brainstorming session at the beginning. I also liked the proposed designs - both were pleasantly received throughout the team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

A tiny room for improvement is deep testing, but in general there were only a few bugs we found, so it was still a very professional and good experience.

Almost as of day one, we used Basecamp for communication, which proved to be much more effective than traditional email. Our assigned project manager was flexible and dedicated to understanding what we wanted.

They were very collaborative and have great communication skills. We were always kept up to date with the progress.

By adding a 'Honour Awards' link to our website we have received many possitive social media interactions and feedbacks on the logo and general image.
