BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Our company name is Organic Magic Pvt. Ltd. and it was established in 2010, our company mainly produces organic manure and I am working as marketing manager in this company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tim's Solutions, and what were your goals?

Our current website didn't age well, and we were looking for someone to rebuild the entire site. It needed to run faster and required minimal ongoing maintenance.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got in contact with a few different freelancers, and Tim shined his way through all of them. He was quick to respond, professional and friendly and knew what he was talking about.

We wanted the site to be built on WordPress and aligned with our brand guidelines. We were not bothered by how he did it, just that it worked. We had a few initial calls. He provided a live link to the development site and followed up every few weeks to ensure we were happy.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We dealt with Tim, who was the freelancer we hired. I don't believe he hires anyone else.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The site loads fast and scores well on Google PageSpeed Insights, we have been able to update all the plugins without a problem, and the options in the admin area are considerably more straightforward.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Flexible if you're looking for one word, he has a link you can book slots on his calendar with, and the turnaround time was a little less than we expected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

He just got the job done, and he didn't need to ask thousands of questions. He just used his experience and knowledge to get the job done. Any amendments we required, he did happily and quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

He is a bit slow to return calls sometimes, but I do appreciate it's just him, and he has a life outside of work.
