They communicated and explained everything clearly to ensure I understood exactly what was being done with the our programs and data. This was critical to ensure no loss of information, confidentiality of client information and peace of mind, which was greatly appreciated. With respect to ongoing issues, the response time was almost immediate, usually within a minute or two. They truly provide excellent customer service.
