If something seemed to be more complex or something came up that originally wasn't seen by either party, they were very quick to raise it with us and make sure that there was solid communication around the problem to be sure that there was the most transparency possible - in addition to making sure that the ticket or task was adjusted to fit scope in a way that matched our expectations and still fit within our timelines. Additionally, they were very communicative along the way. Nothing in a project is ever static, and 10Pines never worked in a silo.
