What challenge were you trying to address with ESM Global Consulting?

We needed an app to work consistently and apply the rules correctly every time.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ESM Global Consulting helped us with app development. The main deliverable was having the "open situation" rule work correctly. The team also made improvements to the UX and added messages to guide the player and clarify what their options were.

What is the team composition?

We worked with one contact person from ESM Global Consulting.

How did you come to work with ESM Global Consulting?

I found them through the Maine Technology Institute. They were enthusiastic about the project, and told us that even if we did not go with them, we should get more from our programmer

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–December 2024. We're currently starting another project with ESM Global Consulting.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The app worked correctly when players had open situations. We knew it was working when players told us that their open situations didn't go away — that's how it was supposed to work.

How did ESM Global Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

ESM Global Consulting met the timelines. We had online meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ESM Global Consulting's enthusiasm was impressive. They were happy to hear that we were doing well and getting new customers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We should've had regular meetings throughout the project — it was partly our fault.
