They move very quickly and have met all of the deadlines. They’re very communicative, and we know what’s going on at all times. I’d definitely give them high marks. Other groups I’ve worked with on similar projects have left me in the dark, but it’s been the complete opposite with LookinLA; they offer high transparency. They’ve provided us with software so that we can track things on dashboards and things like that. We also have regular meetings to review what the data is saying. They communicate through other programs that allow us to review and approve things. We also have a shared Slack room with them, so we can communicate instantly that way.
