• It was night and day since they started working with us. We were at $120 cost per demo before them and within about 9 months we were at $30 cost per demo. It's been unbelieable.

• Our organic traffic was fairly low before they started. It's more than 20X with the SEO efforts we've worked on. At the same time, we have found profitability in our B2C efforts and have been generating dozens of demos for B2B on a monthly basis.

It was a agency realationship where we had an account manager who we worked with. They had specialists for each area of the business that we also had access to.

I mentioned this in my review: our registered users up about 250% while decreasing cost per conversion. We have also increased steadily over the last 12 months on about 8 core keywords we have been focusing on which has increased our organic traffic 4X.

We generally communciated via email. They also completed and sent over detailed weekly reports & action items. This helped everything run very smooth.

Their ability to be proactive. I have worked with 4-5 agencies at this point and most of the time you have to at least help guide the show if not direct it. Infinity took the reigns from the beginning so it gave me confidence and made me feel comfortable that I could let them work and they would deliver.

Infinity has been able to drive our cost per user down to as low as $2 per use on Facebook. Our benchmark was $5. They were also able to drive our CAC down to $50 with our benchmark at $90 so we have been extremely satisfied with the results.

Their communication and management style is extremely smooth. They offer weekly analysis, dashboards, and weekly meetings (if necessary) which are very helpful.
