5.0 Jun 6, 2018Mike will serve as a controller and partner with me on the finance strategy concerning how the company is doing in relation to our strategic goals. They are also able to code daily, which means that I can go into the systems and see where we are financially at any given time. Additionally, they’ve set up systems that are more efficient than what we had before. Mike has told me that since we began working together, they’ve implemented processes of their own accord to improve this, but I do wish there was more visibility during the initial onboarding process. It took about three months to get everything established because of our requirements and the fact that we were a new account. In retrospect, it would have been helpful to have weekly or bi-weekly progress updates just to know exactly what was going on.
