When we hired them, our books were in disarray. They cleaned up and organized our books. Afterward, they kept our books and kept everything together for the years following.

We worked with 2–3 people on their team. It changes by the season, for instance, it increases during tax preparation season.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They cleaned up our initial financial situation and the mess our books were in. They’re incredibly helpful with the reports they send out each month, they’re very detailed and accurate. The owner is also very kind and helpful with tax advice.

They’re fantastic. We mostly have phone calls.

Their response times and accuracy are phenomenal.

No, I can’t think of any.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Get a meeting with the owner, it’s incredibly helpful because she’ll do a deep dive into the current situation before you transfer. It gives you perspective on your business and financials.
