We needed help with our accounting.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ALTIUSCPA provides accounting services for us, including bookkeeping, tax reports, and payroll. We started by having a few interviews and introductory calls. After that, they started running our business taking care of our books and financial reports for profit and loss statements through QuickBooks.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with Allen (CPA) and other six members of their team.

How did you come to work with ALTIUSCPA?

We found them through online research. We had other 5–6 options, but we chose them based on their willingness to spend time with us and not get paid upfront until we felt comfortable with their work.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent less than $10,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve experienced time savings and cost reduction thanks to their work and internal efficiency — they’re able to deliver several services at a reasonable cost, so they save us money.

How did ALTIUSCPA perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is fantastic; there have been a few times when we are the ones holding things up, and they were pushing us along! In terms of tools, we’ve used a cloud service to share documents and email and Zoom calls to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re incredibly efficient, quick, and great at communication.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Set up introductory calls to lay the groundwork and ask questions; they’re very open to answering your inquiries. Overall, I recommend people to work with them.
