Initially we were all on-site and using tools like Jira, Confluence and Slack while after covid-19 measures we all switched to remote work. The developers from the agency are very adaptive. They were experienced in Java and had limited experiences with Kotlin. As our projects were all in Kotlin they quickly switched.
