They understood my challenges with obtaining funding and the confidence of our board of directors. Shaun gave me updates every two weeks on the progress. He put things in a time scale that my directors could understand and used construction programming bar charts they were familiar with. Shaun created a system that automatically sent me updates I could present to my senior team.
