The application aggregates data from multiple sources (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot), processes it using machine learning models, and presents actionable insights through a user-friendly dashboard.
Key deliverables included:
Data integration pipelines for connecting and syncing multiple marketing data sources.
AI-based anomaly and trend detection, helping us spot underperforming or high-potential campaigns in real time.
Custom dashboard with dynamic visualizations, KPIs, and alerts tailored to our business metrics.

Their team had a rare mix of deep AI expertise and real-world product thinking, which made the collaboration feel like a strategic partnership rather than a typical vendor-client relationship. That level of ownership and curiosity is hard to find.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Funkemedia could have done differently?

Overall, the collaboration went really well, but if there’s one thing I’d highlight for improvement, it would be the communication format. The team leaned heavily on online meetings, which of course worked from a logistics standpoint, but I would have preferred more in-person sessions especially during the early stages of the project when strategic alignment and brainstorming were key.
