I’m the marketing manager of a clothing company.

We needed someone to cover our customer service line.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Top Virtual Assistant handles our inbound and outbound calls. They provide customer support and handle sales, giving customers information about our products and rates. They also handle inbound leads from our online marketing, PPC, and SEO efforts. Their job is to dial the leads right away and schedule appointments. If they get any interested customers who want to buy right away, they sell the product directly.

Top Virtual Assistant uses Dialpad to handle our inbound leads. I’ve provided them with access to our Dialpad account.

What is the team composition?

We work with three teammates from Top Virtual Assistant. One of them is the manager, and the other two do the dialing.

How did you come to work with Top Virtual Assistant?

I found them online through an ad. I scheduled a meeting with them, and their manager was very experienced. He answered all my questions and assured me they could handle what I was looking for. I thought they were good people, so I hired them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $25,000 so far.
