Kapwa Support connects European and American SMBs and solopreneurs with skilled virtual assistants, built on a simple idea: genuine care for our people is what drives quality and retention for our clients.

Our name comes from kapwa, a philosophy of shared identity and mutual regard. It shapes how we work: our VAs receive top of the market pay, performance bonuses, and real community support, not just a job assignment. The result is lower turnover and higher-quality work for the businesses we serve.

We are privacy-native by design, not as an afterthought. Data privacy is one of the biggest barriers to offshore hiring, and we built our processes, contracts, and infrastructure around both GDPR and CCPA compliance from day one, so clients on either side of the Atlantic can hire with confidence.

Kapwa Support is co-founded by two people with deep personal ties to Filipino culture and a shared commitment to doing offshore staffing differently: better for our team, and better for the businesses that hire them.
