It's a mixed feeling. While we are satisfied with the work, we started it in November '23 and promised to finish in 4-6 weeks, but it was over by April 2024. The sales team promised apps for vendors as well, but the production team denied it. It was only after the intervention of the CEO that the work again started, causing huge losses in time and money for us. Yes, transparency is very important, what is promised should be not be denied after the payment and also timelines should be followed.

Goji Labs has really knocked it out of the park. They are super communicative. David met with our staff who is working on this project 1–3 times a week when we were getting close to launch, and now they meet once a week. I talk to him at least once a month and there is a ton of email communication. Goji Labs was super responsive and receptive to what we had to say and what we had to ask. There was no question that was off the table and that was really helpful.
