I'm the SVP of an IT consulting and services firm called Nityo Infotech Services. We're a global company with over 40 offices worldwide, and we mainly provide consultancy, system integration, and resourcing software development.

We were looking for additional IT resources to support our projects.

The process starts with a discovery phase to identify the scope details and job description, which they will use to find and recruit qualified candidates. Once that's done, they would introduce who they onboarded to us for the final interview.

We usually work with two mid-level frontend developers and two backend developers.

We've spent $20,000 so far.

We started working with them in June 2019, and our engagement is still ongoing.
