Because of their excellent facilitation skills, we made the most of every call and meeting. The other participants in the process were not as engaged was a quiet yet helpful person during the meetings.

They are not facilitators; they're strategic planners, a crucial distinction I have come to understand. We produced a strategy far superior to previous ones I have seen created for other groups or organizations I am involved with.
