A last minute project to take and produce 80-90 photos for one piece of property. The final delivery needed to happen rapidly.

I recieved all of the photos properly edited within my scheduled time frame, which even included a second round of additional edits. The client loved the photos.

Everything with delivered on time. The communication from Vaibhav was very prompt and kind which led this project on a swift course to completion. They edited my photos exactly as I had specified.

What was your primary form of communication with SunTec India?

Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

From start to finish my experience was incredible. I'll be honest, working with a brand in a different country made me uncertain at first, but I'm so glad I moved forward with contacting them. Their website was informative and easy to navigate, and I had a response to my inquiry in less than a day. Every question I had asked was answered very quickly, kindly, and they were willing to work with me and the situation I was in at the time (a last minute, very rushed project). I specifically spoke with Vaibhav the entire time; I won't go through anyone else to edit my real estate photos! The results were incredible. Thanks Vaibhav!

Are there any areas for improvement or something SunTec India could have done differently?

The delivery of such large files was tough to navigate at first; I use OneDrive for my storage and they wanted to use Dropbox or WeTransfer. Not a huge issue, just something I wish I would've know from the very beginning to not waste anyone's time.

Why did you select SunTec India over others?

Good intial interview and sale pitch

How many teammates from SunTec India were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We engaged Suntec India under a contract for 200 hours of SEO work per month with the goal of improving organic visibility, rankings, and traffic for our Swiss e-commerce site specializing in vegan fertility supplements.
The agreed scope included a comprehensive SEO strategy covering on-page optimization, technical SEO, off-page backlink building (10–15 high-DA Swiss .ch domains per week with editorial focus), multilingual content creation (4 blog posts per month in French, German and English, 1,000+ words each), keyword research and tracking for 39 targeted terms, full technical audit (GSC errors, hreflang, Core Web Vitals), Google Business Profile optimization, and regular reporting using our agreed weekly checklist and monthly KPI tracker.

Key deliverables promised were:

• Pilot blog posts with schema markup, FMH citations for E-E-A-T, videos, and internal linking
• High-quality backlink outreach and acquisition with Daily Link Log
• Technical fixes (page speed, crawl errors, hreflang validation)
• On-page optimization across product and blog pages (meta titles/descriptions, headings, FAQ sections)
• Monitoring of impressions, rankings, and conversions via SEMrush and Google Search Console

In practice, most deliverables were either never completed or provided in unusable form (endless error-filled Excel spreadsheets that were never implemented live), leading to zero measurable progress over 12 months.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately, there were no measurable positive outcomes or success from the project with Suntec India.

Key metrics over the 12-month engagement showed clear decline or stagnation rather than improvement:

• Organic impressions in Google Search Console fell dramatically from over 3,000 daily to approximately 400 daily.
• Keyword rankings remained stagnant above position 65 for all major target terms
• Total number of ranking keywords declined significantly (agency data showed a drop from 338 to 190 during periods of active work).
• Domain Authority and page authority showed no growth (unknown baseline, but no improvement reported).
• Google Business Profile was permanently suspended due to negligent posting practices and could not be recovered (expert-confirmed after USD 1,100 spent).
• Toxic backlink percentage remained high at 27% in SEMrush (never properly cleaned or disavowed).
• Organic traffic and conversions stayed flat or declined, with no measurable uplift despite the 200-hour monthly contract.

The agency claimed some internal improvements (e.g., temporary keyword stabilization during short active periods), but these were not sustained, not reflected in Google Search Console or SEMrush data, and were overshadowed by the overall negative impact.

In summary, after 12 months and significant investment, the project delivered zero measurable progress and instead caused lasting damage, particularly the permanent loss of our Google Business Profile and persistent toxic backlinks.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was disorganized, lacked accountability, and frequently violated the agreed processes.

Deadlines were routinely missed: pilot blog posts were delayed by more than four months despite repeated promises of weekly progress, and the technical audit report was delivered late with incomplete recommendations.

The agency often started work without the required written pre-approval, contrary to the contract terms we had established. Deliverables, particularly on-page optimization spreadsheets, were consistently unusable due to errors such as incorrect translations, missing data, and poor structure, requiring over forty hours of our team’s detailed feedback — none of which was ever correctly implemented on the live website.

Communication was slow and inadequate, with responses typically taking five to ten days and often being vague, contradictory, or incomplete. When we raised specific needs (e.g., FMH citations for E-E-A-T, integration of ovulation keyword gaps, or hreflang validation), the replies were superficial or ignored, making it impossible to achieve meaningful progress.
Overall, the project management style prioritized superficial reporting and internal documentation over actual results and client requirements, leading to twelve months of zero measurable SEO improvement despite the 200-hour monthly contract.

What was your primary form of communication with SunTec India?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Unfortunately, I did not find anything particularly impressive or unique about Suntec India during our engagement.

The company presented itself as a full-service SEO provider with experience in e-commerce and multilingual projects, but in practice, the delivery fell far short of industry standards. There was no standout expertise, innovative approach, or exceptional execution that set them apart from other agencies.
On the contrary, their processes were conventional, poorly coordinated, and ultimately ineffective, resulting in no measurable progress despite a substantial time commitment (200 hours per month). The only notable aspect was their willingness to provide detailed spreadsheets and reports, but these were unusable and served more as internal documentation than as actionable deliverables.

In summary, nothing about Suntec India stood out positively,  the engagement was marked by missed deadlines, low-quality outputs, and a lack of tangible results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SunTec India could have done differently?

Yes, there are several significant areas where SunTec India could have performed much better, and these shortcomings were the primary reasons for the failure of the project and the substantial damage to our business.

First, SunTec India should have strictly adhered to the agreed pre-approval process for all tasks and deliverables. Instead, they frequently started work without written consent, delivered unusable on-page optimisation spreadsheets filled with errors (incorrect translations, missing data, poor structure), and required over forty hours of our team’s feedback, none of which was ever correctly implemented on the live website.

Second, they should have prioritised a thorough and ongoing cleanup of toxic backlinks. The toxic backlink percentage remained high at twenty-seven percent in SEMrush audits throughout the engagement, never properly disavowed or removed, which prevented any positive progress in rankings and contributed to the dramatic drop in organic impressions from more than three thousand daily to approximately four hundred.

Third, communication and project management were consistently poor. Responses took five to ten days, were often vague or contradictory, and key deliverables such as the technical audit report and pilot blog posts were delayed by more than four months despite repeated promises of weekly progress.

Fourth, they showed a lack of understanding of the YMYL (Your Money or Your Life) requirements for a health supplement site, failing to incorporate essential E-E-A-T elements such as citations from the Swiss Medical Association (FMH) or to address specific keyword gaps (e.g., ovulation-related terms for product bundles).

Finally, the focus remained on generating superficial reports and spreadsheets rather than delivering measurable results or implementing changes live, leading to twelve months of zero progress despite a contract for two hundred hours per month.

In summary, SunTec India could have succeeded by prioritising quality over quantity, respecting agreed processes, communicating proactively, delivering timely and usable work, and focusing on actual implementation and measurable outcomes rather than internal docum

What was the size of SunTec India’s team?

6-10 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Project one was completed in 2002-2003 and involved creating a website from scratch and building a database of 25,000 products with individual sales pages for each product and significant search capabilities of the database. This was accomplished successfully at a reasonable cost and ahead of deadline. More recently, 2017 iSuntec revised the website when I purchased a screen printing and embroidery business with 13 employees.

Again, I was VERY pleased with their work and communicating with them was a breeze. The last project I worked with SunTec on...aside from one we are about to do...was that we trusted SunTecu with alll our social media marketing, or SEO, and PPC ads on FaceBook, Instagram, and Google. We were extremely pleased to be able to send this business to our trusted partner of over 20 years now. SunTec came through as always...gaining us over 10,000 followers on FaceBook and successfully increasing our PPC and SOO results. I HIGHLY Recommend SunTec.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Completion of the searchable database of 25,000 products
• Conversion of Website to cover new business.
• Success in gaining 10,000 followers on FB and increasing our PPC success.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Communication has always been great with SunTec. In most cases, they exceeded my expectations. Due to the volume of work, on the few occasions, they needed more time....it was always for a good reason and they always delivered more than originally promised. We have truly had a partnership with SunTec and they have been quick to make suggestions for improved deliverables and nuances of the various project that I hadn't thought about. 1+1 = 3 with SunTec adding to projects and taking some in new ways than originally conceptualized...always improvements in the final products.

What was your primary form of communication with SunTec India?

Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ease of communication. For being a foreign firm, I found them extremely easy to communicate with and I grew to love their culture and rely on the individuals...particularly Murli and Rajesh.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SunTec India could have done differently?

It took a while to get used to the different cultures and different holidays for working together. In the early days, 20 years ago...I think SunTec was a little afraid to say no to anything and would respond with we'll try. As they grew and became more confident and competent as a company, that issue was resolved as they "grew into their dreams."

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Business Manager for a small online retail company. We sell textile products to trade customers and consumers. We offer an in house embroidery service to personalise or brand goods. My role involves overseeing our ecommerce sales team, so I often am involved in liaising with Suntec on the SEO work they do for us. They are also building a new Magento V2 site for us.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire SunTec India?

To manage our SEO for our website and build us a Magento V2 website.

What were your goals for this project?

1. To streamline our website to make it an easier experience for customers
2. Improve organic traffic with proper hygiene
3. Increase return on investment with PPC

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

They contacted us, demonstrated the scope of what their business can offer from basic administration support to technical website/ SEO support

Describe the project in detail.

Our SEO/PPC had been inconsistent in performance for several years. We felt we'd been led in circles by other companies and wanted a fresh start. Our website, whilst fairly new, we had too many add ons and background software causing ongoing conflicts and issues.

We wanted to take it back to basics and keep things simple for customers, simple for staff operations to ensure we can focus on deliverying great products vs. micro managing our website.

What was the team composition?

1. SEO/PCC - We have a dedicated person per month, we saw improvements from month one and this has been consistent through out. Our dedicated person was supervised by a manager who kept in touch and helped us with questions as needed.
2. Website - We had a project manager change during the website build, but not because we asked for it or any issues just that the original project manager went on maternity leave. There has been some communication issues in this transition but the project managers boss and our account manager are proactive in resolving things where needed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. SEO/PPC - Our return on investment has much improved, especially in PPC campaigns. Just having someone focused on it consistently means that we have seen an improvement with sales growth around 20%
2. Website - This is still ongoing and the website will launch in 2020

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Use of emails and skype to communicate. Sometimes I think too many emails back and forth, I would recommend a 'task' delegation or other system be implemented to make it clear what is outstanding as emails can get hard to manage.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are eager to find a solution or answer for you. Even when you change your mind about a decision. Whilst some language difficulties, Suntec have certainly been a lot easier to keep up with and understand then various other SEO companies we have worked with or web developers. Feels far more transparent.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe just on the managing the website having a system for tasks and the project to be managed overall, to help streamline things as emails to get tedious and hard to keep on top of.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CMO for a sporting goods retail company, MM Goods.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with SunTec India?

We sell our goods primarily through the Internet, so we needed some assistance with our e-commerce platform management.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

SunTec India is responsible for product entry management on our Magento-powered e-commerce platform. We send them our documentation for thousands of our products that need to be created in our English-language database.

What is the team composition?

I have one contact person, but there is a larger team that supports the project.

How did you come to work with SunTec India?

They sent me an unsolicited email that happened to be offering the exact service we needed.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $10,000-$50,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with SunTec India in January 2014, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Though SunTec India still supports us on an ongoing basis, the first portion of the engagement involved transferring all of the products in our existing database from one e-commerce platform to another. The team has successfully completed what we wouldn’t have been able to inhouse.

How did SunTec India perform from a project management standpoint?

There has been a learning curve, but since we’ve been engaged for such a long time, our project manager has become more familiar with our business processes and able to act without much direction. Currently, our cooperation is running very smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SunTec India does what they’re supposed to do, and they do it well. They’ve been an invaluable help to us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve had some problems along the way, like incorrect creation of products or lack of understanding of some details. But, throughout the course of the project, SunTec India has improved and we don’t have much to reproach them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you partner with SunTec India for a product data entry project, be as specific as possible with them in terms of details. Don’t expect them to have pre-knowledge regarding your particular business. Over time, the learning curve will improve.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I am very happy with Suntec India's services, in particular Sunny Parasher. Sunny is very helpful & relaible with quick responses to any querties I have. I was worried initially about handed over control & outsourcing my business but they handled everything very smoothly & with great care.

Since using this service I have noticed an increase in traffic to my sites & I have been able to grow my stock inventory & drives sales which is something that I would not been able to do single handedly on my own as I would not have had the time to do this on my own. Sunted India comes highly recommended & I would also use them for other projects.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Very effective project management, excellent communication & they take direction very well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have quick responses & work well with deadlines.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of a luxury car art print company that ships throughout North America. The prints that we sell are best described as canvas wall art prints ready to hang.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with SunTec India?

After I established competitive prices for my products, I needed to get them on Amazon. I needed a service provider to establish my company’s presence on the platform because our main concern was being discovered.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

SunTec India’s first step was to implement backend keywords. Their team researched the keywords for us to use on all of our prints. The only variation is the model type, which is mixed into the backend keywords. As soon as I make a print, I send them to their team that uploads them to Amazon.

The SunTec India team and I are discussing social media marketing via Facebook or Instagram. We have over 400 prints in the collection, so we’re at the point where the collection’s good. The next step is to drive more traffic to our website through social media. We do more business with Amazon, eBay, and Etsy than the website. Now, we want to drive traffic to the website as well.

What is the team composition?

When I contacted them, Rajiv (Senior Web Designer, SunTec India) went over my needs and goals. After he thought about what needed to happen, he assigned a project lead and his team to the project. When I give them new products, he and his team upload them.

How did you come to work with SunTec India?

I needed to buy around 300 hours of data entry but didn’t know how to do it. I searched for data entry in India and that’s how I found SunTec India.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent about $1,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2019 and the engagement's ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SunTec India got my company on Amazon. If you search Amazon for a luxury car brand, the company's prints occupy the better part of the first three search pages. People often search luxury cars by their model names. Even if a user enters a broad search term, we will occupy the first three search pages. Their team's fast and right on everything. They don't miss a mark. My experience with them has been excellent and that’s why I’m interested in helping them.

How did SunTec India perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication's clear and their scheduling's on point. They’re extremely efficient. SunTec India's 13 hours ahead of me. As long as I upload images for them around 7 p.m. my time, it’s guaranteed that when I turn my computer on at 7 a.m. the work’s done. Their team checks in about my satisfaction with their services once a month. They go to great lengths to make sure that their customers are happy.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve never worked with a more efficient company. They’re professional and don’t miss a beat. Their communication’s good, so working with them's a good experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, it’s absolutely wonderful to work with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

As soon as I contacted them, they put me in contact with Rajiv. He took it from there and makes sure that I’m taken care of well.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Scope of work:

• Annotated 48,000 images and 1,200 hours of video footage captured in production kitchens.
• Developed a taxonomy of 36 object classes, including ingredients, packaging, containers, kitchen tools, personal protective equipment, thermal bags, labels, and completed meals.
• Applied bounding boxes, polygon segmentation, keypoints, and multi-object tracking annotations.
• Labeled operational events: order assembly start and completion, item verification, packaging checks, courier handoff, sanitation breaches, and missing required order components.
• Performed a two-stage quality assurance process, including expert review of complex scenes.

Key deliverables:

•  A training-ready dataset for order-completeness checks and employee action recognition.
• Event annotations to detect operational errors, including missing items, incorrect packaging, absent seals or labels, and mismatches between meals and orders.
• Video tracking data for measuring preparation, assembly, and handoff times.
• A consistent annotation guideline and detailed documentation to support future dataset expansion.
• Over 96% annotation agreement for priority object classes and operational events.
• The resulting dataset provides a strong foundation for computer vision solutions that reduce order errors, improve kitchen throughput, and increase operational visibility.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable Project Results:

• Annotated 48,000 images and 1,200 hours of kitchen video footage.
• Delivered more than 2.8 million object, event, and tracking annotations.
• Achieved over 96% inter-annotator agreement for priority classes and operational events.
• Reached a 98.5% annotation acceptance rate after final quality control.
• Reduced annotation rework to under 3.5% through structured guidelines and multi-stage validation.
• Covered 36 object classes and 14 operational event types across food preparation, order assembly, packaging, and courier handoff workflows.
• Created a training-ready dataset that supports detection of missing items, incorrect packaging, labeling issues, and order-to-meal mismatches.
• Established a reusable annotation framework that enables future dataset expansion without changes to the labeling standard.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team used a structured, transparent project management process with clear milestones, weekly progress reports, and shared quality dashboards. The workflow included an initial pilot phase to validate the annotation guidelines, followed by scaled production, continuous quality checks, and final delivery validation. The annotation was delivered on schedule, with interim batches provided throughout the project. This allowed the computer vision team to begin model training and testing before the full dataset was complete. The team responded quickly to evolving requirements. They incorporated feedback on class definitions, edge cases, and event logic, updated the annotation guidelines accordingly, and revalidated previously completed samples where needed. Regular communication and fast turnaround on questions helped keep the dataset consistent with operational priorities in the dark-kitchen environment.

What was your primary form of communication with SunTec India?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their strongest differentiator was the ability to turn real kitchen operations into a practical, scalable annotation system. They quickly understood the complexity of a dark-kitchen environment, including crowded workstations, changing lighting, overlapping objects, rapid employee movement, and frequent variations in packaging. The team also stood out for its attention to operational context. Instead of labeling isolated objects, they captured the full workflow around food preparation, order assembly, quality checks, and courier handoff. This made the dataset directly useful for building computer vision models tied to measurable business outcomes, such as reducing order errors and improving kitchen throughput.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SunTec India could have done differently?

More detailed real-time reporting during the early production phase would have made it easier to track annotation progress by class, scene type, and error category. A self-service dashboard with daily throughput, quality metrics, and open edge cases would add useful visibility for the client team. It would also be helpful to introduce a dedicated review session at the midpoint of larger annotation projects. This would allow stakeholders to assess model-readiness earlier, refine priority classes, and address emerging operational scenarios before the final delivery phase.
