Our "hybrid human-in-the-loop" model ensures that our clients get the speed and cost efficiency of automation, with quality and nuance safeguarded by subject-matter experts. Instead of relying purely on automation (which can lead to "weird AI mistakes"), SMEs are deliberately integrated into the workflow to perform final validation checks as well as to review and correct any complex, ambiguous, or rare "edge cases". This hybrid approach offers a superior solution: faster and cheaper than fully manual work, yet higher quality and more reliable than pure automation.
