SunTec updated our website and continues to maintain it for us. We also had them develop a second website for an ancillary business.

We found Suntec online many years ago. There was no formal selection process. We liked them and kept using them.

Our project wasn't that complicated. SunTec redesigned our website and has been maintaining it for almost 20 years. About a year ago we also had them develop a second website for an ancillary business.

Primarily we dealt with one web developer.

Suntec got the job done and we are happy with the result. It's not very complicated.

Around 10 people including the project leader, team leader, programmers and designers

The project was completed in two to three phases. The success rate of the first phase itself exceeded 80 percent

A complete document was prepared for the work and it's flow with prescribed timelines. The progress was monitored through physical and zoom meets. The email exchanged documented everything clearly

The communication skills of the designers could be improved. But that's ok.

We hired Suntec to help out with product description/content writing, as well as to help create Shopify item data import sheets.

What were your goals for this project?

To have our items created and transitioned into our system as smoothly as possible.

How did you select this vendor?

I don't know, we were already working with them when I was hired.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Whenever we get new items from a vendor, I send them to a content team who writes 3-4 sentence descriptions of the items. Later on, those descriptions, images, and prices are given to another Suntec team to create a shopify item import data sheet.

What was the team composition?

The team comprised of a few people. Off the top of my head, Sanjay, Jayesh, Nitin, and Neeraj. They were all very very helpful.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We saw more business as we were able to put and sell more product online. I don't have exact numbers. But Suntec was absolutely essential for this.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Everyone was very open and clear and communicated at least once a week, sometimes more.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their turnaround time was alright, but in times I felt it wasn't quick enough and I told them, they were able to improve. They always tried to do better.

Are there any areas for improvement?

A few communication issues when we first started, but they are great at what they do and I hope they continue to do so.
