• Staffing flexibility: During a couple of peak periods, wait times for phone support rose higher than expected due to spikes in call volume. Having contingent staffing pools ready to handle surges could help smooth response rates.
• Process documentation: In tracking down a few order processing errors, some gaps in Hugo's internal process documentation surfaced. Tighter documentation of procedures and edge cases could accelerate knowledge sharing.
• Proactive updates: There were instances where the Hugo account team could have been more proactive in updating me on staffing changes or other milestones. Setting up automatic status reports could promote transparency. Considering how well Hugo has performed overall, these improvements are minor.
