They're great; they send out monthly reports to us and reach out regularly. It continues to be a very good working relationship overall. Their technicians are approachable and professional. Unlike other technicians we've worked with in the past, Techmd's staff is easy to deal with and talk to whenever they visit the office or speak to us over the phone.

TechMD is a professional team. They’ve helped us save money and make our jobs easier. They brought a vision for us, and they quickly became a partner. I always tell my other vendors that, if they’re talking to TechMD, they’re talking to us. They’re one of the few vendors that I rarely refer to as a vendor; I almost always refer to them as a partner, because that’s really what they are. In general, much of the feedback is anecdotal. A lot of people fear having to make the call and ask for help with whatever it is, but I never hear that from my staff. They’ll sometimes tell us that TechMD is still working on the problem, but that it’s been great working with them.

Usually, when they were doing the review, they were mostly exchanging comments on Friday and Google Docs, and those responses came in a few hours. They’re always very reactive. When we have a problem or need more information, we email them, and they respond within a few hours. We just changed a few emails and had a quick call, but by the time the call came, they had fixed everything with the administration.
