The engagement also included foundational onboarding to ensure our team is equipped to use the core features of both hubs effectively. Cloudfresh also help us to organize data migration.

Thanks to Cloudfresh, getting started with HubSpot was surprisingly easy.  Cyril and Den were fantastic — they guided us through the setup of our sales pipeline, workflows, data migration, and overall system structure with clarity and patience. They made sure everything was tailored to our needs and took the time to explain things in a way that made sense to our whole team. We felt well-supported during onboarding and were able to hit the ground running. Since then, both our sales and marketing processes have become noticeably smoother.

We could definitely say that Cloudfresh was one of very rare implementation partners who understood the nuances of a project so precisely. We worked with the Cloudfresh team on a project focused on the analysis and complete reorganization of Primex’s existing Zendesk system. The initial phase involved an in-depth audit of the current setup, including integrations with external communication channels. Based on the findings, a comprehensive report was delivered, containing clear recommendations for improvements in processes, organizational structure, and technical implementation.

Following alignment on the recommendations, the implementation phase began. During this stage, the Cloudfresh team:

introduced a new organizational structure, including user groups and roles;

configured multiple communication channels (including email and telephony) with appropriate settings and access controls;

created automations, macros, and views to boost the efficiency of the support team;

implemented custom ticket forms and fields tailored to specific business needs;

installed Zendesk App Store applications to enhance system functionality;

conducted training sessions for administrators and users, along with shadowing sessions with agents.

As a result, Primex now operates a fully upgraded and production-ready Zendesk environment, aligned with the needs of various teams and support workflows.

The only recommendation we would offer the Cloudfresh team is to ensure that, prior to presenting audit findings or recommendation documents, they assess the client's level of understanding regarding key product elements, specific terminology, and the intended meaning behind them. Aligning the knowledge levels of both the client and the consultants—as much as possible—could ease the collaboration and workflow for both teams. In our case, the Cloudfresh team was clearly operating at a much more advanced level, and while we caught up quickly, it may have caused some delays on their end.

It's hard to calculate how many hours we have optimized by turning to them for various solutions instead of doing and searching for them ourselves. I believe it’s hundreds of hours.
The company's flexibility and culture have allowed us to find convenient legal and financial solutions in most cases that benefit the client, and to a lesser extent, compromise solutions. There has not been a single instance where we couldn't resolve a technical, financial, or legal issue.

Before 4PEOPLE started using Asana, the team used two CRMs that did not cover the company's needs in setting, controlling, and measuring the projects and tasks. The main problems using these products were: Hard to follow and not intuitively understandable UX. Lot of modules that the team didn't use but were charged for.

Slow work that made impossible fast and productive cooperation between teammates. Lack of integrations with other solutions that 4PEOPLE needed(like Timecamp or Google Drive). So, those challenges were the main requests the company wanted to resolve together with a new task management solution.

However, the company has always needed a unified and structured approach to its internal information processes, from license management access control and collaboration tools. Using G-Suite Basic (now known as Google Workspace Business Starter) pricing plan, SoftTeco desired to get more advanced Google Workspace (further, GWS) features to cover the company’s needs.

One of the essential points toward an upgrade was the possibility of more storage per user, enhanced security and management controls, meeting recording, Shared Drives, and other requests that were not covered by the existing solution. Initially, the company purchased only 10 Asana Premium licenses for testing. After half a year, it was decided to buy another 50 licenses. Within a year, the number of licenses almost doubled and reached 90.
