Whenever we had feedback or a request, they turned things around quickly, and they were very organized in terms of what was missing, what deliverables we should expect, and what feedback loops we had. They were committed to meeting the launch date we originally agreed to but I pushed it back by two weeks to allow more time on my delivery. They were hyperfocused on my new site in the period following the launch to quickly edit, tweak any issues or typos from the QA process. They are very responsive over slack and email and having a key Account Manager at the ready as an extension of my team and a senior Account Director familiar with my company/scope on hand when strategic decisions were needed was critical to our success and speed!
